The sons of Japheth: Gomer, Magog, Madai, Javan, Tubal, Meshech, and Tiras.

ובנוי דגמר אשכנז ודיפת ותוגרמה ושום אפרכויתהון אסיא ופרסווי וברבריא:
wbrbrya wprswwy asya aprkwythhwn wshwm wthwgrmh wdypth ashknz dgmr wbnwy
The sons of Gomer: Ashkenaz, Diphath, and Togarmah.

ובנוי דמוקדון אלסו וטרסוס איטליון ודרדניא: :
wdrdnya ayTlywn wTrsws alsw dmwqdwn wbnwy
The sons of Javan: Elishah, Tarshish, Kittim, and Rodanim.

ובנוי דחם ערב ומצריי ואלייחרק וכנען:
wknen walyykhrq wmtsryy erb dkhm wbnwy
The sons of Ham: Cush, Mizraim, Put, and Canaan.

ובנוי דערב סינידאי והינדקאי וסמדאי ולובאי וזיננאי ובנוי דמוריאטינוס דמרגד ומזג:
wmzg dmrgd dmwryaTynws wbnwy wzynnay wlwbay wsmday whyndqay synyday derb wbnwy
The sons of Cush: Seba, Havilah, Sabta, Raama, Sabteca. The sons of Raamah: Sheba and Dedan.

וערב אוליד ית נמרוד הוא שרי למהוי גבר בחטאה שדי אדם זכאי ומרוד קדם יי:

Cush became the father of Nimrod. He began to be a mighty one in the earth.

ומצרים אוליד ית ניוטאי וית מריוטאי וית ליוקאי וית פנטסכינאי:

Mizraim became the father of Ludim, Anamim, Lehabim, Naphtuhim,

וית פנטפוליטאי וית ניסיוטאי דנפקו מנהון פלשתאי וית קפוטקאי:

Pathrusim, Casluhim (where the Philistines came from), and Caphtorim.

וכנען אוליד ית בותניאס הוא דבנא ית צידון הוא בוכריה דכנען וית חת:

Canaan became the father of Sidon his firstborn, Heth,

וית יבוסאי וית אמוראי וית גרגשאי:
grgshay wyth amwray wyth ybwsay wyth
the Jebusite, the Amorite, the Girgashite,

וית חואי וית ערקאי וית אנתוסאי:
anthwsay wyth erqay wyth khway wyth
the Hivite, the Arkite, the Sinite,

וית לוטסאי וית חומצי וית אנטיוכאי:
anTywkay wyth khwmtsy wyth lwTsay wyth
the Arvadite, the Zemarite, and the Hamathite.

בנוי דשם עלמאי ואתוראי וארפסדאי ולודאי וארמאי וארמציאי וחולאי וגיתראי ומשכאי:
wmshkay wgythray wkhwlay warmtsyay warmay wlwday warpsday wathwray elmay dshm bnwy
The sons of Shem: Elam, Asshur, Arpachshad, Lud, Aram, Uz, Hul, Gether, and Meshech.

וארפסדאי אוליד ית שלח ושלח אוליד ית עבר:
ebr yth awlyd wshlkh shlkh yth awlyd warpsday
Arpachshad became the father of Shelah, and Shelah became the father of Eber.

ולעבר אתילידו תרין בנין שום חד פלג ארום ביומוי אתפליגו דירי ארעא ללשנהון ושום אחוי יקטן מטול דביומו שריאו שניהון דבני נשא לאתקטעא מן בגלל חוביהון:
khwbyhwn bgll mn lathqTea nsha dbny shnyhwn shryaw dbywmw mTwl yqTn akhwy wshwm llshnhwn area dyry athplygw bywmwy arwm plg khd shwm bnyn thryn athylydw wlebr
To Eber were born two sons: the name of the one was Peleg, for in his days the earth was divided; and his brother’s name was Joktan.

ויקטן אוליד ית אלמודד דמשח ופלגות ארעא באושליא וית שלף דשלף ית נהרותא לתחומיא וית חצרמות דאתקין אתר כמניא לקטלא עדי ארחא וית ירח דאתקן פונדוקין והוה כל דעליל למיכל ולמישתי הוה מוכיל ליה סמא דקטול ונסיב כל מה דהוה בידוי:

Joktan became the father of Almodad, Sheleph, Hazarmaveth, Jerah,

וית אופיר אתר מפקנות דהבא וית חוילה אתר מפקנות מרגליתא וית יובב כל אלין בנוי דיקטן:
dyqTn bnwy alyn kl ywbb wyth mrglytha mpqnwth athr khwylh wyth dhba mpqnwth athr awpyr wyth
Ophir, Havilah, and Jobab. All these were the sons of Joktan.

אלין תולדתהון בוכרא דישמעאל נבט וערב ואדבאל ומבשם:
wmbshm wadbal werb nbT dyshmeal bwkra thwldthhwn alyn
These are their generations: the firstborn of Ishmael, Nebaioth; then Kedar, Adbeel, Mibsam,

וציתא ושתוקא ומסוברא חריפא ואדרומא:
wadrwma khrypa wmswbra wshthwqa wtsytha
Mishma, Dumah, Massa, Hadad, Tema,

יטור נפיש וקדומא אלין הנון בנוי דישמעאל:
dyshmeal bnwy hnwn alyn wqdwma npysh yTwr
Jetur, Naphish, and Kedemah. These are the sons of Ishmael.

ובניא דקטורא פלקתא דאברהם זמרן יקשן מדן מדין ישבק שוח ובנוי דיקשן זמרגד ומזג:
wmzg zmrgd dyqshn wbnwy shwkh yshbq mdyn mdn yqshn zmrn dabrhm plqtha dqTwra wbnya
The sons of Keturah, Abraham’s concubine: she bore Zimran, Jokshan, Medan, Midian, Ishbak, and Shuah. The sons of Jokshan: Sheba and Dedan.

ובנוי דמדין חולד ועפר וחנוך ואבידע ואלדעה כל אלין בני קטורה:
qTwrh bny alyn kl waldeh wabyde wkhnwk wepr khwld dmdyn wbnwy
The sons of Midian: Ephah, Epher, Hanoch, Abida, and Eldaah. All these were the sons of Keturah.

ואוליד אברהם ית יצחק בני יצחק עשו וישראל:
wyshral eshw ytskhq bny ytskhq yth abrhm wawlyd
Abraham became the father of Isaac. The sons of Isaac: Esau and Israel.

בנוי דעשו אליפז רעואל ויעוש ויעלם וקורח:
wqwrkh wyelm wyewsh rewal alypz deshw bnwy
The sons of Esau: Eliphaz, Reuel, Jeush, Jalam, and Korah.
36
בנוי דאליפז תימן אומר צפי וגעתם וקנז ותמנע ועמלק:
wemlq wthmne wqnz wgethm tspy awmr thymn dalypz bnwy
The sons of Eliphaz: Teman, Omar, Zephi, Gatam, Kenaz, Timna, and Amalek.

בנוי דרעואל נחת זרח שמה ומזה:
wmzh shmh zrkh nkhth drewal bnwy
The sons of Reuel: Nahath, Zerah, Shammah, and Mizzah.

ובנוי דגבל לוטאי ושובלאי וצבעון וענה ודישון ואצר ודישן:
wdyshn watsr wdyshwn wenh wtsbewn wshwblay lwTay dgbl wbnwy
The sons of Seir: Lotan, Shobal, Zibeon, Anah, Dishon, Ezer, and Dishan.

ובנוי דלוטן חורי והומם ואחות לוטן תמנע:
thmne lwTn wakhwth whwmm khwry dlwTn wbnwy
The sons of Lotan: Hori and Homam; and Timna was Lotan’s sister.
40
בנוי דשובל עלין ומנחת ועיבל שפי ואונם ובנוי דצבעון איה וענה:
wenh ayh dtsbewn wbnwy wawnm shpy weybl wmnkhth elyn dshwbl bnwy
The sons of Shobal: Alian, Manahath, Ebal, Shephi, and Onam. The sons of Zibeon: Aiah and Anah.

בנוי דענה דישון ובנוי דדישון חמרן ואשבן ויתרן וכרן:
wkrn wythrn washbn khmrn ddyshwn wbnwy dyshwn denh bnwy
The son of Anah: Dishon. The sons of Dishon: Hamran, Eshban, Ithran, and Cheran.

בנוי דאצר בלהן וזעון יעקן בנוי דדישון ארמניוס וארן:
warn armnyws ddyshwn bnwy yeqn wzewn blhn datsr bnwy
The sons of Ezer: Bilhan, Zaavan, and Jaakan. The sons of Dishan: Uz and Aran.

ואלין מלכיא די מלכו בארעא דאדום קדם עד דלא מלך מלכא לבני ישראל בלעם בר בעור רשיעא הוא לבן ארמאה דאתחבר עם בנוי דעשו מטול למחבלא ית יעקב וית בנוי ובעא להובדא יתהון ומלך על אדום ושום קרתא דבית מלכותיה דנהבה דאתיהיבת ליה מגן:
mgn lyh dathyhybth dnhbh mlkwthyh dbyth qrtha wshwm adwm el wmlk ythhwn lhwbda wbea bnwy wyth yeqb yth lmkhbla mTwl deshw bnwy em dathkhbr armah lbn hwa rshyea bewr br blem yshral lbny mlka mlk dla ed qdm dadwm barea mlkw dy mlkya walyn
Now these are the kings who reigned in the land of Edom, before any king reigned over the children of Israel: Bela the son of Beor; and the name of his city was Dinhabah.

ומית בלע דקטליה פנחס במדברא ומליך תחותוי יובב בר זרח מן בוטרה:
bwTrh mn zrkh br ywbb thkhwthwy wmlyk bmdbra pnkhs dqTlyh ble wmyth
Bela died, and Jobab the son of Zerah of Bozrah reigned in his place.

ומית יובב ומליך תחותוי חושם דמן ארעא דרומא:
drwma area dmn khwshm thkhwthwy wmlyk ywbb wmyth
Jobab died, and Husham of the land of the Temanites reigned in his place.

ומית חושם ומליך תחותוי הדד בר בדד דקטל ית מדינאי בחקלי מואבאי בעדן דסדרו קרבא עמהון ושום קרתא דבית מלכותיה עוית:
ewyth mlkwthyh dbyth qrtha wshwm emhwn qrba dsdrw bedn mwabay bkhqly mdynay yth dqTl bdd br hdd thkhwthwy wmlyk khwshm wmyth
Husham died, and Hadad the son of Bedad, who struck Midian in the field of Moab, reigned in his place; and the name of his city was Avith.

ומית הדד ומליך תחותוי שמלה דמן משרקה:
mshrqh dmn shmlh thkhwthwy wmlyk hdd wmyth
Hadad died, and Samlah of Masrekah reigned in his place.

ומית שמלה ומליך תחותוי שאול דמן פלטיותא קרתא רבתא דמתבניא על כיף פרת:
prth kyp el dmthbnya rbtha qrtha plTywtha dmn shawl thkhwthwy wmlyk shmlh wmyth
Samlah died, and Shaul of Rehoboth by the River reigned in his place.

ומית שאול ומליך תחותוי בעל חנן בר עכבור:
ekbwr br khnn bel thkhwthwy wmlyk shawl wmyth
Shaul died, and Baal Hanan the son of Achbor reigned in his place.

ומית בעל חנן ומליך תחותוי הדד ושום קרתא דבית מלכותיה פעי ושום אנתתיה מהיטבאל ברת מטרד דהות לעי במטרדותא ובסרדותא ומן דעתר וקנא נכסין הוה מתגאה והדר למימר מה הוא כספא ומה הוא דהבא:
dhba hwa wmh kspa hwa mh lmymr whdr mthgah hwh nksyn wqna dethr wmn wbsrdwtha bmTrdwtha ley dhwth mTrd brth mhyTbal anththyh wshwm pey mlkwthyh dbyth qrtha wshwm hdd thkhwthwy wmlyk khnn bel wmyth
Baal Hanan died, and Hadad reigned in his place; and the name of his city was Pai. His wife’s name was Mehetabel, the daughter of Matred, the daughter of Mezahab.

ומית הדד ופסקת מנהון מלכותא ארום אתכבישת ארעא קדם בנוי דעשו והווי רברבי אדומאי שלטין בארעא דגבלא רבא תמנע רבא עלוה רבא יתת:

Then Hadad died. The chiefs of Edom were: chief Timna, chief Aliah, chief Jetheth,
